I've noticed that one of the most irritating things is to be accused of something that you haven't done.. rather than just discard her feelings as psychopathic though, calmly and cooly find out what the issue is the next time this comes up. Basically, don't become reactionary to her bitching and instead -- take control of the conversation by allowing her to vent, and try not to take any of her remarks personally.

Trust me, college life is full enough of stress without having to deal with knee-jerk childishness like this -- or feed into it.
