The only reason I knew about the horn thing before playing DAII was because of Felicia Day's Dragon Age online miniseries. If they hadn't mentioned Qunari in the intro, I wouldn't've known who the bluish horned guys were. o.O

I actually liked the more human-looking Qunari. They were still tall and intimidating, and they didn't look entirely freakish--just a little different.
