He doesn't post much but she posts a lot and usually initiates some lively discussion, to put it mildly.
I know she wants to know who did it (so do I!), but she needs to keep looking. And I have no clue how many people they have shared their 99% certainty with, but fuck man.

I can piece together the gist of what happened by reading your vague outline of what you'd compare it to~~ but how on earth would she get that YOU would do something round about & sneaky like that? I do... except I make a practice of keeping so much on the table that I have very little personal drama.
But LJ trust is sacred, so if this really happened it's cause for pause, and to be suspected of it is... *shudder*.

I don't know the details so I can't imagine but I do my best to keep my life (that often refuses to be convenient) as drama free as possible... when I get a whiff of drama I am quick to set boundaries and severe ties...

What little experience I had with being part of a social group when I was younger involved me being accused for stuff that I didn't do... it pissed me off and hurt a lot... I still refuse to interact with those people (first names I blocked on Facebook).

I think I've been reading your LJ for, say, 3 years now (maybe more! maybe less! I don't know!), and from that time, I've seen many posts from you. And what I like about you is you are ridiculous. And I mean that as the highest compliment. But like everyone else has said, doing underhanded snail mail shit just doesn't seem to be your MO. And I think they decided that it was you because they didn't want to think too hard about it, and just wanted to be done looking, you know? Which is a shame.

Cappsize would pretty much bet her soul on the fact that it is someone who knows them. And it would have to be someone who doesn't like April- not just someone who doesn't know her. If the goal was to get her the info there about a million ways to do with it with actual sensitivity.
SO I buy that idea for first round elimination even though it eliminates my other primary suspect-- who-- I want to mention, has relatives in FL and could probably get something mailed from there pretty easily but it's hundreds of miles from my area of FL.
