I have known Melissa Kasper since I was 7. She is the kind of friend that will always feel like family. No matter how far away we live or how hectic life gets we will always call each other on holidays and birthdays. We can still talk on the phone for hours without realizing it. A lot on my stress is from getting exactly what I want, absurd as it seems. I'm starting Physical Therapy school 9/3. I'm trying to come to terms with living far from anyone I know. Then there are the massive student loans I will be taking out. I had a bit of a outpouring the other day and now I'm feeling much better. Life is good ( Read more... ) -
Catharsis BEGIN!!!!!
My emotional regulation system is on the fritz. This makes me afraid to be around other people and pumps up my ADD. Both explain why I am writing in a journal nobody reads. I'm trying to engage in healthy activities to stabilize myself. Today I went to the gym for an hour, clean my room and danced around in my pjs. My hours were slashed this week ( Read more... ) -

Seeing in Shades of Blue
I got two new pairs of glasses. One is a plain- copper wire with clear lenses. The other has a thick purple frame with the brightest blue lenses I could get. It's funny. I'll be wearing them at different times based on how people with see me, but at the same time my worldview will change ever so slightly. I wonder if seeing in shades of blue will ( Read more... )
