i call this post "an adventure in pictures." it would be more accurate if i said several adventures, but it doesn't have quite the same ring.
first adventure: girl scouts.
part one: riverside
the beautiful youghiogheny river. i think i spelled it right... according to our rafting guide, it means "white, frothing water." go figure.
more river (i'm not spelling it again).
more river.
jennifer and
chemoney.
an old railroad bridge. a nice shot, i think.
woods by the river.
part two: petting zoo
so we're all suckers for petting zoos and convinced ms. taylor and mr. arthur to take us there. i took about a hundred pictures, but i was too lazy to resize all of the good ones... so here are a few highlights. besides these, i've got ducks, monkeys, llamas, pigs, tigers, and one mad-looking bull. if you wanna see, let me know, i'll send the pics.
such a sad picture, but i thought that's kind of what makes it beautiful. those wolves shouldn't have been there.
i <3 prairie dogs.
camels!
i forget what the fuck this thing is... a scottish highlander something... yak, maybe? scottish highlander yak.
everyone said it was a good look for me. i have to agree.
my friends the sheep and goats.
chemoney's surprise "child".
the school buses of fayette county, pennsylvania. talk about riding the short bus...
second adventure: a tuesday night out.
tim arrived at my house, and we created this masterpiece while waiting for willie. and then we ate it.
tim. groping willie. in the car after dinner at california tortilla, which i spent eating and tim and willie spent doing math on napkins. the people i hang out with...
tim is beautiful.
this is willie not caring.
a drive-through atm in bethesda.
do not enter.
alina blows her rape whistle on tim's behalf.
when two people really love each other...
tim tries out modeling in georgetown.
deceptively innocent.
no parking!
also, no loitering. you have no idea how long we drove around looking for a no loitering sign so we could loiter in front of it... yes, we ARE that pathetic.
he can fly!
alina stole shotgun...
and tim took up the whole backseat napping. so i sat on him.
i got home and called ben, but i hadn't had quite enough fun with my camera yet.
and that, my friends, is the end of that. three hours later, i'm going to bed.
