So, now that midterms are over for...a week... I can sit and process and catch up on the work that I totally dropped because of midterms. Speaking from experience, I think taking some summer/distance ed courses after first year is a GREAT idea. I don't mean to scare you or anything, but at least here, second year is a bitch compared to first year. Second year chem at Queen's has something like 35 labs for the year. Thirty Five! What the hell! 1.5 7-15 page papers a week, plus experiments, all year, sucks ass. So yeah, if you can get some of it done during the summer, I say DEFINATELY go for it, even if all you can do is some electives. I definately think it helped me out ( ... )

I'd be doing the Distance Ed because I'm in co-op and I have an extra semester at the end in a Fall term - or at least trying to push things into a 4 year schedule...just lessening the load would be nice too.
I'm waiting for the interesting. I have to make a map of pre-reqs of how to get to interesting soon...
Thanks.

Is it hideously windy and rainy in Guelph too, or is it just isolated around Waterloo? If it's isolated I'm soooo blaming the geese. Cocky bastards.
The weekend after next being....the 4th or the 10th? Dates confuse me... If you're coming up the 4th I'm free, so long as I study a bit for my next round of midterms that start after that weekend. Unfortunately, cough drops have replaced chocolate for me for the past few weeks.

I think I might go home next weekend (3-5) just because it's my first midterm free weekend.
also, Guelph is SO FACKIN RAINY! Then it's MUDDY, and it smells like shit. it's basically a sea of mud outside. so grey and depressing.
