Okay! Intro post time! Better late than never, right? (Hello, new friends!) We've already covered the fandom-type things in the memes, so this should cover the other types of things I'll probably bring up in the future without any sort of preamble

I do paint myself that way, don't I? (I've previously threatened to compose a folk ballad in my own honor.) But I have to believe I'm not actually that important because I want to leave. (-;

Though I would like to point out that the very first band-related fic I read EVER was yours. Er, had read to me. Written in high school. It was a self-insert, and you passed out a lot. YOU'RE WELCOME.

I figured you wouldn't even remember that. It was on the way down to the Med, after I was complaining about not having a pet artist to illustrate my works. The point was, however, that it takes remarkably little effort to sell me on odd ideas. ^_^

OH OH RIGHTRIGHTRIGHT no, I thought I remembered that, it just felt like the kind of thing I'd make up in a fit of wishful thinking. Dude. Dude, you should TOTALLY write it. Because I could probably be brought to draw for it.

It's probably up there in the top three occasions of people trying to cheer me up ever. That was such a great night, after the drama. ORDER-IN SUSHIIIII!

Right now it's filed away in my brain's wonky ideas folder (with other music-related things that are actually far, far worse ideas). It's more likely to turn up as a speakeasy thing minus P!atD, though, because I have a feeling my approximations of anyone in that band would be pretty off-base. And would be largely based on your stupidomics. >.>

I'm pretty sure the purpose of that story was never fully realized until that night. Though I do feel somewhat responsible for you and this bandom thing, like I might have made it seem okay. (-;

Half the fun of having a TARDIS is collecting companions. Just let me know when to pick you up. (-; Though I think the very first thing I'm doing once I get my hands on a TARDIS is picking up everyone I know and then kidnapping a few key historical figures and throwing a party.

oh hai new friend! I appreciate the hipsterness; I'm currently trying to figure out how to bike to school -- it's only five miles, but I'm always carrying a fuckload of stuff with me, so.

Lugging stuff around is always a chore. I got myself a bike messenger bag, which is good for everything up to mediumish grocery runs. My standard commute includes dragging along two u-locks, a netbook, work clothes, and lunch... So it can be done. I covet pannier bags, though. Life would be so much easier, and less sweaty. And snazzier.

Oh good! I'm glad someone is on the same page with the NPR thing. (-;
