I have no fucking clue why lj got rid of my old settings.  Looks like crap.  Might be time to move on to another blogsite.  Grrrrr.

I haven't decided to go one way or the other yet, mainly because I've been so bogged down in school that I just haven't been feeling inspired. That and there are still a number of communities that I actively follow in LJ that I'm not sure I'd be able to locate something similiar in blogger.

Have you started posting there?

That happened to me as well. Probably because when they said they'd no longer supported the style I was using, like, three years ago they politely asked me to switch. Which I didn't do.
