Myra and Ichi will also get the message by PINpoint text message, marked as from Burbank rather than The Shadow directly. Chaz Walters will have to make do with the more traditional paper method, but she at least should be familiar with

This is an All Agents Stand By. This started in the '60's, this Devil's Night business. Lots of vandalism and arson. The police can't be everywhere.

Since when is she not on standby? You've got a few decades before this annoyance starts. I'm just backing up the police. I won' t take her if you have need of her.

It's a very similar tone, although he means that second part.

I do not foresee any assignments for her at that time. She'll receive notification that she may spend her time in your world unless recalled.

If she's going to be on standby, she might as well be in the Old Tiger's world and more readily available to respond should he need her.
