How do you think Yoko met and befriended people like Dayakka and Leeron back at their village?

Hahah it's not random at all, I've thought about it before, too. |Dd

I assume Yoko's family died either when she the poisonous gas started leaking out, or shortly after, when they first started fighting the gunmen. Yoko doesn't seem to have any emo about this, so I figure she was too young to remember a lot of the details.

So then Dayakka being... well, Dayakka decided to look after her, he might've been friends with her dad, but not necessarily. And I think Yoko was always a very independent/tomoboyish kind of girl, so she'd just run around the village terrorizing other boys her age.

She met Leeron because Dayakka'd drop her off with him when he went on hunting/fighting missions. I am 100% certain that it's all thanks to him that Yoko didn't grow up completely butch -- a good deal of this comes from conversations I had with Mia when she still had Leeron, but yeaaah. THANK YOU RON FOR TEACHING ME ALL ABOUT BEING A WOMAN.

NOT A LOT, ACTUALLY. Like, right now, even though she crushes on him hard, her priorities are somewhere else. When it comes to Lelouch, she's more worried about the future/accidentally spoilering him than... well, being noticed as a woman. :( In general, I think Kallen's pretty aware that her feelings are never going to be returned -- not that easily, anyway, because of the kind of life they both lead (even moreso in camp) BUT THIS IS COOL. Being close to Zero is enough to her.

... Nnnno, not as bad as Lelouch, anyway. I have this theory that one of the main reasons why she fell for Zero/then Lelouch is because he reminded her of her brother. Which is not to say that she had a crush on her brother, but he was someone she really admired a lot aaand you know how that goes, lolol idealizing. She might have found a boy or two at school good-looking, but again, her priorities were with the rebellion and they were all too wussy for her taste anyway (LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT THE IRONY IN THIS), so yeah. :(d
