Well, I found out why my photos weren't showing up in my journal. I'd gone over from using Explorer to Firefox, and only today (after two weeks) did it occur to me to check if I could still see them on Explorer. Yes, I can. I've figured out why I allow myself to be emotional here on LJ. It's because I feel safe in doing so, wrapped up as I am in my cloak of anonymity. It's easier because I know that no one has to read if they don't want to. I know they don't have to feel embarrassed by my outpourings not knowing how to respond, for there is no need for response. Oh no. What's happening? __nutshell__ and falcoperigrinus have deleted their journals. Since they live together, I do hope there is nothing to be alarmed about.
