Appellate (not appelate)
Defendant (not defendent, although in my defense I'm getting better at this one)
Appellee and Appellant (actually, I usually spell these right, but I'd like to figure out what they mean)

Even though I am probably the only one who will ever see this, and therefore the only one who will think it is funny, I would like to comment that a year and a half(-ish) later I'm probably worse at spelling these words than I was.

Except judgment. I've got that one down.
