hit 10 years at the 'bucks in 2 weeks. no more 16 hour days and verbal abuse. a giant weight off my shoulders. I slept for 12 hours straight. If I didn't have this sore throat everything would be perfect! Oh, and my brother moves out in a week. Once that happens I shall return to triathalon training which should also set me up for my world trip
