today, i found out that our group scene got into thespians! this makes me happy, because i really like thi scene. what sucks is that melanie is gonna be moving, so we hafta replace her. i guess that isnt so bad, its just a reminder that one of my best friends is moving away. *sigh* i feel really weird right now. im still having trouble sleeping,

Sounds like you need some time away from home perhaps? We should hang at the mall or something, just get out for a change of pace. Anyway, if you have trouble sleeping, you could try drinking some Valerian tea (made from valerian root, which is a mild sedative) I hear from a lot of people that it works wonders without the harsh side-effects of sleeping pills.
