I've been spending waaaaaay to much time working on the new version of my DVD burning plugin the last few weeks to the point that i'm actually starting to lose sleep because I can't stop thinking about it. SageTV came out with a new beta last week and one of it's new features is automagically grabbing screenshots from videos and using them in the menus. I liked the idea so much that I reverse engineered it, improved it a little, and and incorporated it into my DVD menus. I think it looks pretty slick :) -

We have these meetings every 4 months where in we’re supposed to evaluate our mangers to their faces and at these meetings it’s the unspoken understanding that you adhere to the “If you don’t have anything nice to say…” mantra.
