It doesn't necessarily mean "night-night", it's just that so many social exchanges can happen to you when you're out of the house.

A curfew isn't a curse, really, you'll get to grow out of it. :D

You have a point there. Although trust me on this one: cherish the times you have out of the house, raising your tolerance on social pressure? A good thing.
