day 4, I was starving all day yesterday, it wasn't a lack of food, but a lack of something else. According to Jen I need to eat more fat. That may be it. I tend to think it was sugar, as a can of pineapple seemed to help. Coconut milk might have been better, but I didn't have any. This is a harder diet to stay on than others I've tried. Not
