Well, taking this Sanity Test Mokuba posted up, I gotta say it's obviously not geared towards 'Domino-normal' reality. That said... ( a few more thoughts )
Well hey there crazy, how's the weather in crazy town?
If your chief source of income is a non-traditional occupation, subtract .5 Hmm, depends what we call non-traditional, right? You posted that on purpose! Why won't you just tell me your job? I'll even promise to try really hard not to laugh.
If you have more than 1000 square inches of tattoo, subtract 2 You expect me to know that off-hand too?! Er, no, probably isn't that much anyways... Thank god!
If you have ever seen a psychotherapist (single visit), add 2 If you have ever had regular therapy sessions, add 5 ...Is that a hint that maybe I should consider it? You probably should, what with you having a score of crazy.
If you have ever been prescribed anti-nuts medication (Ritalin, Prozac), add 5 If you took the damn stuff, add 15 ...why? I'm assuming it's prescribed to help with the crazy. You should look into it.
Heh, looks to be cloudy with a bit of rain right now. Depressingly sane-seeming, right? That my cue to ask about the weather in your short-person world?
Of course I posted that on purpose, it was too funny not to. Nope, still not telling you, and it's not because I worry about you laughing or care right now if you do.
Yeah yeah, I know you hate that I have any tattooing; you might kill me if I ever got that much. Why you care about my body art so much, I'm still a little sketchy on.
Yeah, maybe. On the bright side, I didn't get put in an even more crazy level. Like the ones talking about lack of personal hygiene or inability to communicate or inability to hold a job... I'm not that crazy, so I'm still okay to have ice cream and sex with. The world might collapse if my craziness took that sorts of fun away from us.
Er... I meant that more as in why the adding points for crazy meds? Normally wouldn't the need for crazy meds indicated less sanity not more? Especially the high number for actually taking them, confuses me.
Then why not tell me? And you can't just say it's to annoy me.
I hate it, just like I hate it on other people, because I don't want to stare at crappy tattoo art during sex. I also don't see what the point is of covering up the body with ink. Plus you never really know how clean all that needle and ink and whatever else they use is.
...if you get crazier and stop bathing, I will not be in the same house as you, let alone the same room for sex. I suppose that's an incentive to get less crazy, or not get crazier.
Oh. Well, maybe they were going with the idea that being on the meds would decrease the crazy. As far as having more points for taking them, I was always under the impression that meds worked better when you, you know, take them.
*shrug* You're definitely shorter than me, plus how else am I going to ask about your weather. Perfectly sane reasoning to me.
And why can't I?
Maybe it's like why people cover up their bodies with unnecessary clothes: because they can, because they like to. You know the sort of unnecessary clothes I mean, I'm sure. As for dirty needles and ink, I only go to places I know I can trust; don't worry, I won't catch any weird diseases from them, and I certainly won't be infecting you with anything.
Fair enough. I think I might like the level of crazy I'm at now, or rather dis-ordinary life since the test seemed to be looking for ordinaryness rather than lack of crazyness.
I know that meds are for taking, still 15 seemed like an awfully high number. Especially only a few really wacky stuff got 10s. Think I'll go back to my thought of the test's idea of sanity really being more about ordinaryness rather than lack of crazy.
