Lamesauce. They should acknowledge that their original intentions for the game aren't working and re-thing their stuff to allow for gameness.

The issue really is that it's one guy acting as the face of w-space lore since it's his baby, and I assume he has a lot of other dev work. There are murmurings that there's another storyline bit coming out in the next expansion, but I doubt we'll know until it happens
