I know it's not something you want to hear...but the way I get by is remembering the Abraham Lincoln quote, "This too shall pass." That and the song, "If you're going through Hell" generally help me....
Then there are the times when nothing seems to help and you just have to sort of run away in your mind for a while....I've done that before to....I'll be praying for you!

It would break my heart even more to know that anyone else is having as hard of a time as we are.
