Job interview went alright, but I don't think they were happy with my honesty concerning my record. We'll see if they call me.

Got my student loan deferred.

Sick as a dog, I think I have food poisoning or something. All the nasty unpleasantries involved in that keep me in the bathroom, nearly half the day.

I have a job interview at 11 A.M. for a full time line cook position.

I gamble too much.

That is all.

I'm leaving, as soon as possible. Should have stayed in Indiana.

Sometimes I wonder where everything went wrong, and then I remember it was a culmination of numerous events, but the single most important event that led to my life being as it stands was me moving to Michigan.

If I'd have stayed in Indiana, I'd probably have turned out fine.

I got alot of stuff done today. I went to my interview at 2:00, and it didn't go as I'd hoped, the kitchen manager told me he is pretty much set on help for right now. But he did mention that he may be firing one of his cooks on the basis that he isn't doing his job, and I should check back in a week or so, to see if his position is available, ( Read more... )

Why do I have a resume when I still have to fill out stupid fucking job application boxes that are .25 inches by .50 inches.

Incredibly stupid, and here I thought it was 2008, not 1941.

I got a stack of about 25 applications with attatched resumes sitting in a folder next to me. My kitchen is finally clean, I'm unpacked, and I bought some krispy white tees today. Things are coming together, I just have to keep at it.

Next comes the cashflow.

I got a bit more of my house in line today, unpacked my room, bought a cell phone (if you want my number ask), updated my resume, and looked for jobs online. I have about 30 leads on good jobs, and I'm going job hunting tomorrow afternoon.
