When I bought my mattress I pretty much went in to the store, tried about three mattresses, picked one, and left! I have no patience for shopping around sometimes. :)

When it comes to major purchases (pretty much anything over about $200), my husband reads everything he can find on whatever the item is. We knew all kinds of stuff about mattresses going in.

As for trying three and picking one, that's how I am with greeting cards. I often buy the first one I look at. :D
