The neighbors appear to be away from home, but they left their dog at home. As a result, the dog kept me up last night barking and then woke me up AN HOUR EARLY barking. They are definitely getting a note on their door.

Well, I left him a message about it. I'd call him and tell him WHICH neighbours it is. He can at least check on the dog and see if it has food/water, you know?

They may have someone coming to feed the dog and it just got lonely being by itself or something.
