Aw, go easy on Scott. I-- crap, this is the part where I fall back into exactly the same role I had when I was active in this fandom, desperately shouting "Scott ain't so bad!" and sobbing brokenly into my teacup-- I'm pretty sure Scott would've, after some delibration, come around to the point where he was mostly just highly indignant that the Bush administration had sent soldiers off to Iraq without preparing them properly or equipping them with half the things they need. Likewise, that eight or so years he spent being an Air Force brat probably meant he came into this world swearing like a, well, a sailor. Then off to foster care/orphanage? I spent a lot of time rolling my eyes at the writers, lemme tell you. What d'you MEAN, 8-12 audience? Pfft.
