Ah! Plushie Lan! And fireball. So cute D: and hurrah for inverted bob, boo for hackjobs with crazy chicks with scissors D: Seriously, what the hell. (I used to have an inverted bob and adored it TT <3)
Edits: you also have hackjob giftarts on the dA XD;;; *hides*
Lan Plushie is all kinds of adorable with his little flame friend. I know Sashi will love him ^^
I have no idea how that chick got her cosmetology license if she can't even cut an inverted bob. D: I will definitely not allow her near me with a pair of scissors ever again.
Oh giftarts! Thank you so much! *runs off to look*
A lady at the MAC makeup counter today told me I looked like a "black haired Lindsay Lohan", which makes me want to hack off all my hair quite fiercely. I used to have an earlobe-grazing inverted bob and I quite miss it so maybe I'll do that again.
That teacup is awesome. I have such a weird teacup fetish. I just picked up a couple of pretend-antique ones at Anthropologie today. ^__^
I think I'd have the same reaction if I was told I looked like Lindsay Lohan in any way.
I love this teacup and it was actually made in a city very close to where I grew up in NY. It's so tiny compared to the huge mugs I use at work, but I adore it. There's just something that feels so fancy about drinking from one... [and I'm totally jealous that you can shop at Anthropologie in person]
The thing is, I do not look anything like her. I... guess my hair is the same length? But a lot of famous women have hair like this. It was such a weird random comment.
I love teacups for that exact reason. You just automatically feel so fancy and dainty when using one. [Specially since I also bought a supercute little monocle necklace the same day. Now I just need a top hat and a skinny little moustache to twirl and I will be a perfect tea-drinking fancy super villian!] I need to find a tiny little tea spoon to stir my tea with since I usually take my tea with rock sugar or honey. I'm used to my larger mugs or larger teacups too and it's strange to stir something so tiny with such a large spoon.
Having an Anthropologie so close is so very dangerous. I tend to want EVERYTHING in that store. And they're having a big after christmas sale now too. *whimpers*
Okay, that was definitely odd if you don't look a thing like her...
I always want to wear frilly dresses and talk with a high English accent when I use cute tea cups. It's like some kind of built in reaction, so I can see where the top hat wearing, mustache twirling feelings come in--lol. You'll also need a villainous laugh and a dastardly scheme to make it the complete package. As for spoons, they must make tiny little ones somewhere for these kinds of teacups. I have the cutest ducky one that came with my Landry mug and works perfectly for when I have black teas that require sugar.
I can't even think about how dangerous it would be to my bank account to have an Anthropologie near my house. I have enough issues just drooling over the website ^^;
Glad you liked everything ^^ That baby buns is so adorable, I'm waiting for the chick to make more so *I* can buy one xD
Sucks about the hair cut, I think the second she'd started in on how she wasn't for my cut I'd be telling her to fuck the hell off. It's not up to the stylists to decide what looks best for you unless you've already given them the go ahead to do a free for all. My old stylist was like that, cheaper in price but I always left looking like my hair had been butchered, my new one costs a bit more, but she always does exactly what I want each and every time so I've decided that it's worth the 40 [tip included] she costs to cut.
*Loved* everything >__< Baby bunny is a must have. I hope she makes more soon so you can snag one, too.
Yeah, it was definitely a bad experience all around and I guess I'll have to just stick with the girl who actually cuts my hair correctly, although it's a bitch to get in with her since she works part time and the place doesn't take appointments. I'd probably be willing to see the chick who fixed my hair, so maybe that evens the odds a bit if there's two people I'm willing to see...
