on accident or on purpose. today i dialed someone's phone - someone who's number i have, or thought i had, ingrained in my head. i only have 10 phone numbers (if that) of family/friends memorized. this was one of them.

instead of dialing the right number, i dialed a combination of this person's number and my own number. then i realized the last four ( Read more... )

liked the article. so right now there's no written or verbal commitment from the city to try to preserve japantown other than mirkarmi's proposed legislation? is that right?

about da number thang: yeah maybe you didn't really want to talk to that person and really wanted to talk to yourself!!! yea!

yes, that's right. well, the mayor also spoke at the community meeting and said he'd do what he can to preserve Japantown.

i dunno, i talk to myself enough already. i think i wanted to talk to this person but was scared or something.

As the creator of the Save Japantown petition, I would like to thank you for your support.

FYI, The "Save Japantown" rally is happening Tuesday, March 14th at 10:00AM at SF's City Hall.

A march is scheduled at 9AM at the Japanese Cultural Center (1840 Sutter Street). The march is from Japantown to City Hall, mostly downhill.
