So, here's the list of the rest of the books i read in 2011, with occasional commentary:P i do have notes i took while reading them all, so if you want to know my thoughts on any particular ones, please ask:)


27 Confessor by Terry Goodkind -- whole series fail:( There were elements that kept me reading the whole thing (plus i have a hard time not finishing thing, even if i don't much like them), but the "resolution" was such a cop-out let down:( NOT recommended!

28 A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Future by Michael J Fox

29 Indulgence in Death by JD Robb

30 Irish Tenure by Ralph McInerny

31 If I Knew, Don't You Think I'd Tell You? by Jann Arden

32 Desert Run by Marshall Thornton -- ARC won from Goodreads; review to follow

33 The Time of My Life by Patrick Swayze & Lisa Niemi

34 Lucky by Alice Sebold

35 Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen

36 Christmas Quackers by Sylvia Green

37 The Magician's Elephant by Kate DiCamillo -- this was captivating and infused with Wonder! the illustrations are dark (in lighting), but i really like the style and the parts the illustrator chose to highlight.

38 Face Down Before Rebel Hooves by Kathy Lynn Emerson

39 The New Gold Standard by Joseph A Michelli -- read (2x) for work (hotel).

40 Mr Clarinet by Nick Stone

41 Murder Unleashed by Lee Charles Kelley

42 Avalon High by Meg Cabot -- reread almost every year

43 Many Bloody Returns by Charlaine Harris, Jim Butcher, et al

44 The Secret Country by Pamela Dean -- loved this, promptly purchased the next 2, but haven't read them yet...

55 Beast by Donna Jo Napoli

56 The Wolves of Woden by Alison Baird

57 When Jeff Comes Home by Catherine Atkins

58 Austenland by Shannon Hale

59 Sisters Red by Jackson Pearce -- i really liked the blend of contemporary/urban fantasy and fairy tale in this. I can't decide if i like Fenris, or if it feels like she's playing the "cool" card, and i figured the "twist" or early, but still a very good book:)

60 The Katyn Order by Douglas W Jackobson -- ARC won from Goodreads; review to come

61 & 62 The Silver Needle Murder & The Teaberry Strangler by Laura Childs -- doesn't do it for me anymore
