We use btopenworld to connect to the internet. On my desktop and my brothers the correct password is entered and is saved so it comes up every time. On my dads desktop he's deleted the password and we don't know what it is. Does anyone know how to find out what the wee stars are

What maiden name are you trying? Have you tried Mum's? Have you tried Babcia's? Are you spelling Babcia's right? Are you using the right postcode cause it will be the Girdle Toll one I should think. Have you tried contacting BTs support line (0906 302 3456 - is horrendously expensive though) or using the online help form at http://www.btopenworld.com/helpnb/tech_enquiry#form1?

Have tried mum's and babcias' but I was using our current postcode, will try the old one later. I refuse to phone the horrendously expensive phone number.
