i made soymilk. from scratch. it tastes a little like soybeans, and is a little thick, but tastes rich. you can add maple syrup, malt, vanilla, etc, to get it to
taste like commercial soymilk brandsi made seitan. from vital wheat gluten flour, which is cheating a little, but turned out way better than starting
