Theres one in the handicapped stall in the men's room at a local IHOP. I show it to everybody.

was it broken? did u call anyone to fix it?i saw one at school's washroom, it flashes at least once a min. If it costs 2 L water in average per flash. then there would be at least wasting 120 L water per hour!!
