Wow Phoebe is big now. I remember when you first got her and we had to put our shoes on your TV stand so she wouldn't steal them!

yes. but. she's still tecchhhnically a puppy. especially in beagle terms. since beagles are notoriously bad dogs. of course, phoebe is still one of the best dogs EVER.
