1. Pick~your~base~


2. Duplicate your base and set it to Overlay, 100%.


3. Make a new layer, fill it with #08296a [
] and set it to Exclusion, 100%.


4. Duplicate your base, drag it to top and set it to Overlay, 100%.


5. Make a new layer, fill it with #e7effd [
] and set it to Burn, 100%.


6. Duplicate your base and drag it to top. Go to Adjust -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur and set it to 2,00. Set this layer to Soft Light, 100%.
