Using PS CS, we'll be making
This tutorial includes Selective Coloring, and is therefore not translatable.

01 Start with your base. Here's my base.
02 Make a new layer and fill it with #fff000. Set the layer to softlight 60%.
03 Make a new Selective Color... adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Red: -100 30 100 0
     Yellow: -15 30 100 -30
     Cyan: 100 0 -100 0
     Neutrals: -15 -10 -35 -10
04 Make a new Selective Color... adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Red: -100 -1 100 85
     Yellow: 100 -20 -60 -65
     Cyan: 100 0 0 0
     Neutrals: -15 -20 -10 -10
05 Make a new Selective Color... adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Red: -25 10 25 30
     Green: 100 100 -100
     Cyan: 100 0 -100 0
     Neutrals: 0 -5 -10 0
06 Make a new Color Balance... adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Midtones: -50 -30 -10
     Highlights: 10 0 0
     Shadows: -30 -25 -30
07 Duplicate your base and bring it to the top. Set the layer to softlight 100%.
08 Make a new Color Balance... adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Midtones: -100 0 50
     Highlights: 10 0 0
     Shadows: 0 0 20
09 Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness... adjustment layer, and set master saturation to 30.
10 Make a new layer and fill it with #ffffff. I erased an area to create the white negative space.

My first Photoshop tutorial, I believe xD Hope it wasn't too confusing. I'd love to see what you guys come up with, so please post your results! Hope this tutorial helped :)
