My relaxing little vacation suffered a setback, as most of you are aware now. After Beckett's birtday party, I went for a bike ride with my dad around the lake. Before we went I made the comment that I probably didn't need a helmet and my dad insisted. That could be the difference between me typing this right now and needing my diapers changed

Glad you're okay. All I could think of reading this was when Carl did the whole concussion/seizure thing last year. It's very scary for those who love you to watch.
