Proficients higher than Average nO?

Alright, after recieving my PSSA score sheet along with my Progress Report, Overall i got fucking Proficient for my overall thing, Meaning i'm above average when i comply myself to what i do. And most people in our grade got below or average, and only a select number(the minority) got Proficient or Advanced. YAYAYAY! FUCK YOU ALL WHO THINK IM
