Black Heart Procession is very good for rainy days. We just got a copy of Three in at the Wherehouse, and I didn't even give it the chance to hit the shelf. I bought it myself and popped it in the stereo

we have very similar taste when it comes to rainy day music. another good song you should listen to is "in the city when it rains" by the 6ths (which has lou barlow, of sebadoh, singing on it). i actually think i am putting it on our wedding mix cd.

I've heard of the 6ths, but I've yet to actually hear them. I love Lou Barlow's voice though so I'll have to check it out.

they are so very good. the songs are written by stephin merritt (of the magnetic fields) and the songs are sung by a ton of different people (lou barlow, momus, bob mould, sarah crocknell, miho hatori, and a bunch of others) so so pretty.

Yes Belle & Sebastian are great rainy day music. I don't have much of their stuff on vinyl though, only cd.

i've been listening to didn't it rain a lot lately. it is so pretty. right now i'm listening to axxes & ace. oh it is so good.

you should listen to 'rainy day regatta' because it just goes so well, with a rainy day. heh.
