No.

Because:-

a. I have already voted;
b. Our local elections were last year with the Eurpeon ones; and
c. I object to the party political system and therefore spoilt my vote by scrawling "None of the above" across it

She mentioned there may have been some kind of unanticipated voiding taking place...

She is back soon, but certainly sounded fine on the phone earlier.
