I had to go to this religious retreat with a friend once and that was a the title of the song. It was really goofy and had us moving all around in the most dorky dance I have ever had the misfortune of being a part of. The thing is, the retreat leader wasn't even that religious himself. He was teaching us about the dangers of smoking and alcohol
