Oh, PS: I might not update much at the moment, because well.. I don't have anything much to say that would concern you guys, I still keep up with what's going on in your lives.. which is why I'm keeping this LJ primarily. It's interesting to see how people that I've been close to once develop over the years. Now that I've lost close contact with ( Read more... )

It's the same with everything. You're not always friends with those you went to school with say a year maybe 2 down the line.

People move on and onto very different paths. Thats life, live with it.

Hah, I surely hope this entry wasn't triggered by my sudden reply to your "Come Play" topic, ESPECIALLY after not having posted on LJ for so long (let alone speaking to you). Perhaps I'm just like you that I do a lot of things now that concerns you guys less and less... but then there's also that factor of me either being too busy or lazy to write. :P

I know I'm a blast from the past and all, and I'm probably just as good as a forgotten dream. But the flip side is also true. Sometimes memories of the past is what rekindles the present. Ever hear a song that you haven't heard for a very long time, and all of a sudden, it tickles your skin? Then all sorts of good things that you've attached to that song finally starts coming back to you?

You might've even forgotten the lyrics of that said song, but as you listen to it longer, you start remembering what it is that you liked about that song, and before you know it, the words of the song are fresh to you again.

That is exactly how a "hello" from a friend (that you've never heard ( ... )

Nay, it wasn't triggered by you - I was already writing it when you replied. Though yes, I haven't talked to or seen you in ages. :P

Yeah, you're right. It's just that there used to be so many people in my life, and all of sudden it's died down to just a few. I miss how things used to be back then, sometimes. Although I guess it's part of growing up and moving on, yadda.

No I am sorry Mandy but this is simply just not good enough I am going to make an LJ entry about this and how awful a friend you are to me.

*hug*

'sokay, it's not like half my LJ friends list doesn't do the same.

Haha, shuddup. Though I admit it was partly triggered by you. Cause you're one of these people I know crap about nowadays.

Yeah but when I do talk to you, it's weird, cause you come across as pretty arrogant, or something. That's the whole problem!

Nah, I know what you mean, it's the same for most people I think. I know lots of people who've changed with growing up, me included, well a little bit at least. I do miss chatting to you, though, so mebbe i'll add you, if that's cool.
