Today I realised I'd done everything I'd planned to do, so I started painting. I painted all the woodwork that needed touching up downstairs and it looks pretty damn good. I'm glad I gave it a go as that probably saved me a load of money

Sounds great! Very productive. You're renting it out though, keeping it and renting it out, right? You have a mortgage etc don't you? It's a shame when you leave your house when it looks its best! BUT having an investment like that is amazing, it's a major achievement and a wonderful thing to have at such a young age.

You recommended a book to me the other day didn't you, I forgot what it was and can't find the reply with the link anywhere?! Can you remember what it was? xxx
