to whom it may concern:

for multiple personal reasons out of my control, i have cancelled my trip back out to california and will be living with my mother in virginia until further notice. everything is okay, really, it's just sometimes your life doesn't turn out just how you figured it would.

well, i hope that you're not lying about the "okay, really" part. because this immediately screams "uh oh big upsetting changes in some status or other." but if you're not lying, then good. but we're still sad. have "further notice" come soon!
