:(

I hope this doesn't mean we'll lose touch...you aren't leaving the internet entirely, are you?

I suppose these things happen. I'll be resigned if I must.

which is to say, if it's not cool, i'd understand; but i'm not stopping posting here because i suddenly feel like i want to be super-secretive about life or anything. my life just simply isn't interesting enough to sustain an online blog. i hardly ever post anything at all; and even more rare is when i post something of any importance whatsoever to anyone who's not me. most of the time when we talk, it's not even through livejournal. besides, the world can do with one less boring college student updating their online blog every night with what they ate for dinner

i'll still sign onto ym and i'll still be online, just drop an im or an email if you wanna talk. i know this probably makes things a little less convenient or something, but i don't want to NOT talk to you just because they are, and i'd like to assume that goes both ways...???

Of course it's cool. You could say right now that you're leaving LJ for good and never reading anything here again, and I'd still keep you on my flist just in case you changed your mind in five years. Incidentally, I always read yours. Just for the record. :P But ok, we'll stick to Y!M; you're right, we mainly talk there anyway. I'll be around a lot more next week than i have been this week.

four days away from my computer and i come back to read this. i always read your journal and i think you are one of the most original and witty people i have come to know through lj. i mean, making a point without sounding condescending or smarmy like me is something rare these days and i saw that in your entries. and your collages are always brilliant. and i'm always keeping this journal of yours on my flist in case you decide to come back some day. [here i'd make those nifty hearts but i don't know how. >.>]

well, thanks, that's very kind of you to say. i originally listed out all the reasons i wanted to quit this lj but they were all so juvenile and melodramatic and self-centered that i was like, "oh geez fuck this" and did the big mysterious thing, instead. anyways, the point of this being that i'm a very fickle person, and i often do things in extremes. i'm already making plans at probably starting a new journal after i move back to start school later this month. i hope to get back into the swing of posting mp3s and humorous social commentary :P and stuff, because for the past 3 months i've just been posting (and then deleting hah) my lame daily happenings and family drama and all that stuff that's boring to the general populace (i.e. everyone who's not me). and this journal has too many connections to people i used to know. i think it might be easier for me to just use my lj and not fret over what i'm posting when i can start over new under a new username. so if you're interested, and if that ever comes about, i'll be sure to post the ( ... )
