'A Semester in the Life of a Garbage Bag'

I was very surprised to find a copy of 'Semester in the Life...' in my local Oxfam bookshop last week. It was never my favourite Korman book, but of course I bought it and reread it immediately. I've been known to do this, too. Out of print books are hard to convince people to hunt down and read, if they have no reason other than my say-so. SO I've taken to snagging copies of the best books to give to people to get them started.

I do this too. I go to a lot of used bookstores and if there are cheap Gordon Korman books I buy them whether I have them or not. I plan on sending the extras to my friends for gifts at some point.

I loved that book! :) Everybody should read that book, just for the sheer amusement of Jardine's laments over his bad luck. :D

me too!! i would totally take it if i didn't already have two copies :) what a fantastic book! i think it's my favorite. i wish raymond was my friend.

If no one in the UK wants it,(wich I find hard to believe) and you don't mind sending it to Sweden, I'd love to have it. Korman books are hard to find here these days, and having one I haven't read in english would be awesome. Perhaps we could figure out a way I can pay you for postage?
