Those are awesome. I'm not familiar with all but one of those fandoms, but I love how you explained why those were your picks and what about them you loved. Just out of curiosity, why can't you read that one pairing anymore? (I get it, it's not my go-to either, never was, but I was still wondering.)

I think for me, it's more defiance in the law of averages. I love both of them separately as characters, I even buy the pairing, but I don't have much interest in exploring it, either by reading or writing. Gimme Ren Turnbull and Ray Vecchio any day, just because there's a great dynamic that's genuinely fun for me, and relatively unbroken ground ( ... )
