Huong Binh

So after a short visit with my father to pick up his meds at Harborview Hospital we decided to grab a bite to eat. We tried to go to our usual joint, Phnom Penh Noodle House but it's closed on Wednesdays -_-

So it was decided we would get take out instead at a place called Huong Binh. This is not the first time we've been here, more like the forth, but it's the only Vietnamese joint that I know of that sells these dishes that are really thin. You grab them with meat and wrap it in a piece of lettuce and dip it in some Sweeten Fish Sauce (I think that's what it called. My Mom would take regular Fish Sauce heat it up and add some things to it like Sugar and Vinegar). Bomb-est thing ever if only for the fact that I can't find it anywhere else around this area (Burien and Des Moines). I believe it's called Banh Hoi. Even if I do get it often I would still like this stuff the same.

After I got back home I noticed that the sun came out and at first I wanted to do the Treadmill. I can't really do it though because it seems to boring and/or easy to quit. So I decided to walk the trail instead. Good thing too because a few minutes ago it started to pour!... and looking outside again it's partly sunny once again. Cheez, what's up with you Mother Nature?!? Second day in a row it's done this!
