"cardiff:you have a 1 in 5 chance of ending up in a bbc recording, and a 1 in 3 chance of being glassed."

The question is, what is 'being glassed'?

Alas, it's being hit in the face by a (usually pre-broken) bottle or beer glass.

Well, that sounds unpleasant. I'm sure there's a chance of that happening anywhere there are drunken guys, not just Cardiff. Thanks for replying.
