Question meme as stolen from jovus.

"I want everyone who reads this to ask me 3 questions, no more no less.

Ask me anything you want. Really.

Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including myself) to ask you anything."

Addendum by Catch: And yeah, you can ask me whatever the hell you want, but whether I actually answer those questions ( Read more... )

It actually originally said, "And I'll try my best to answer them completely," or some crazy crap like that. I cut that out immediately...you're being redundant. Anyhow.

1) Biotech or Cybertech?

2) Birthplace.

3) Single most precious thing in your life, including location, behaviour patterns, and security vulnerabilities. Okay, just kidding about everything after the first comma, but it'd be nice info to have if you're willing...

1) For preference, both and/or some amalgalm of the two... but if you're asking me to choose one or the other, probably cybertech. Despite the more far-reaching implications of biotech and the functional limits of cyber, it's just more... aesthetically pleasing? Call me strange. And Gibson-indoctrinated. :]

2) Melbourne, Australia. So boring.

3) I have tried and failed before to answer this question. The things I value about my life aren't so much 'things' as a combination of things. And people. The only thing I can say for sure is that I'd hate to lose some of the files stored on my hard drive, petty as it sounds- but before you start tapping your fingers with glee, it's not networked. For a reason. And yeah, off-site backup.

Well, I still don't consider it redundant, but then I'm notoriously legalistic sometimes. So.

1) What is the thing that you're most truly scared of?

2) If you had to pick only one food to ever eat for the rest of your life, what would it be? ((What? ¬_¬ ))

3) What is the worst thing you've done (that you feel most guilty about) ?

1) I don't like fish hooks (this is my father's fault). However, I don't think that's what you were getting at. I don't want to feel like I've wasted my life (this is my mother's fault). Small chunks of wasted time, on the other hand, are perfectly acceptable.

Which still doesn't really answer the question, and that may or may not have been deliberate.

2) Sushi. Because that's a broad umbrella term that sneakily incorporates a lot of foods in one, all of which are necessary for a balanced diet. Also, yum.

3) ...those are two separate questions. :]

The answer/s to the first (depends on your definition of 'worst') aren't going on the internet. I often feel guilty about abandoning my nice penfriends. I do it a lot. And not working enough. And eating too much chocolate. But I don't have much of a guilty conscience, to be honest. Just call me J. Random Sociopath. Except not.

And we're definitely off for Friday, right?

1. How do you think other people view you?
2. Who is your favourite fictional character, and why?
3. Okay, here's the cliched one. You get one wish, and you're not allowed to wish for more wishes, what would you wish for?

1. Well, there's a big question. XD That'd depend on who those people are. People my own age think I'm weird- if they're weird too, they don't usually mind. Many adults labour under the misapprehension that I'm responsible. Apparently Year Sevens avoid me in the corridor. Guess you can draw your own conclusions from that ( ... )

Hmm! ^-^

1) What is your favorite colour combinations, and why.

2) What are the things you want to misplace indefinitely or sell? Possessions that is, but can't.

3) If I gave your 3 pieces of fish, and then took back 2 pieces and gave you 7 more, how many fish do you have, in the end?... actually, the real question is.. if the grass is green, and the sky is blue, what does that make the price of turtle soup in France? Ahem.

3) What is something you really love or have affection for? Not including people or anything living, with the exception of that plant of yours.

1) Black and silver, black and purple, black and dark blue, black and Matrix green (on computer screens, or when the aforesaid green is in very thin and twisty lines), black and dark grey, black and dark red, black and black- not entirely sure why, to tell you the truth. I'm also quite partial to traditional Japanese colour schemes (off-white shouji with wooden frames, tatami matting, etc) because it's more relaxing than anything else I know.

(However, certain shades of bright yellow in combination with vivid brown make me want to hide under the table, possibly due to repressed childhood memories of my grandfather's avid support for the Hawthorn football club.)

2) I want to sell all the old clothes that I've grown out of or don't like but are still perfectly serviceable. I want to misplace my mother's Simon and Garfunkel CD. I just want to get rid of 'The Ladies Came To Stay', by M. Reid, although I may eventually carve the middle of the pages out and turn it into a Matrix-esque hiding place for UCB chips, just because I can.

3) ( ... )

I have no idea.. but they made her leave for some reason, but she was allowed back because of that book. i dunno, just repeated from off the grapevine.

Damnit. There's no jelly in the house. I thought I had a packet of lime jelly hidden somewhere but apparently I don't. Maybe I can ask my mum to stop by the supermarket tomorrow morning and I'll make it tomorrow so we can have it at night, ok?
