It's fun to be evil.

Not much to say about the formal that hasn't already been said; met up with railer, dawnfrenzy, jasroth and sang_noir again, which was cool, spent the evening with pins sticking into my scalp, which wasn't.

Moving on.

Guideline the second- Don't burst out laughing. It's hard, I know. Particularly when on the receiving end of a just-barely-serious glare from someone you've seen dancing like a chicken while standing on her head. But don't.

whats that supposed to mean???

Well, it's hard. As you can probably imagine.

I can tell your making fun of me but I can't quite see how or where. *shifty eyes* what does any of my dubious past have to do with your briefcase game?

I am in no way making fun of you, dear. Chicken-comment was intended as a general indication of how hard it is to act like barely-known business associates when you actually know each other well, and have History and so forth. Y'know, you're trading lines with Ms Ilantia Zand, tech runner and possible double agent, and suddenly a memory of said friend dancing like a chicken comes unbidden into your head and hits you with the full force of the absurdity of your current situation...

Well, it happened once with Andrew. Only not the chicken thing.

Darn it, I want to play. I'm all cool for the part!
Except for that laughing thing, but you can always gag me.

This reminds me of something I heard on the radio: a friend of these guys walk across a pedestrian crossing, and they pretend to run him over. He plays dead, while the people in the car pick up his body and stuff him into the boot. Fun or what?

XD Fun, except it's more likely you could get in actual trouble for something like that... it'd be pretty hard to say you weren't trying to fool people into thinking there was a crime in progress if the cops ever pulled you up on it. This, on the other hand... hit and run's a criminal offence, standing on corners with a briefcase is not.

My legal mind comes to the fore again. Shoot me.

Of course you're welcome to play- the gagging would probably add to the effect. :]
