Please try not to smoke... You shouldn't have to at all. Try your hardest to quit, cause now I am a friend who will support you all the way! Try eating sunflower seeds I know alot of people who quit who ate sunflower seeds anytime they had a craving, and it worked! I hate cigarrets, they make people sick, and I don't want any of my friends to get sick.
