Well, I have a lot of fun playing rugby, but it seems I always get hurt: I got my  nose busted this week, last week I got my eye cut, the week before I got a black eye. Well, my phone went dead for the last few days. So I've been without the internet. BT has this monopoly on the phone lines, so they can do as they please whenever they please with whomever they please, and there's nothing you can do about it, because they don't please you to do so.
